Uw rol
Scope : The EMEA Supply Chain department groups Inventory Planning, Warehousing and Transport as well as EMEA Customer Service, building a cross-functional, end-to-end global partnership.
The main responsibility of the ME Operations Specialist is to manage the ME relationship and act as SPOC between the Affliates, BU’s and ME.The main responsibilities of the ME Operations Specialist are:

1. Business partner role
- Maintain relationship with ME
- Account management services to affiliates
- Technical key user for the servicing module
- To show commitment to the customer and market expectations to deliver the service, the attention and the results we need to develop our market competently further
- Develop and draft SLA (service levels, not controlling on pricing) in collaboration with BU with ME. Maintain and follow up SLA's with ME by regular review meeting.

2. Product knowledge
- Capable to answer product related issues and bring customer queries to second service level as and when issue is out of own scope.

3. Planning
- Product planning for equipment, related consumables and accessories
- Stay aligned with stock availability

4. Analysis
- Product availability
- Basic reporting

5. Administration
- Service into SAP (service orders, invoicing)
- Follow up invoicing with F&A




Uw profiel
- Bachelor degree
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP and reporting tools (BI/BO)
- Analytical and structural orientation
- Team player, able to work independently regarding the job context, decision maker
- Flexible and stress tolerant.
- Excellent communicator with all levels
- Previous experience in supply chain management, customer service, planning systems, or other logistics activities is an asset
- Good working knowledge English (written and spoken
