Client Details

We are looking for a 1st line Helpdesk, French and Dutch speaker _Permanent position for a company based in Dilbeek and operating in the banking sector.

Description

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

- Handles inquiries and complaints from internal customers (by phone, mail, fax or electronic systems);

- Carefully analyze the question / complaint and tries to solve immediately;

- Solve and answer the question or complaint;

- Synthesize and respond to the customer;

- Gives specific advice to the client;

- Keep daily and monthly statistics and provides reports;

- Identifies recurring problems;

- Take additional tasks in (small) projects that improve the functioning of the service or processes;

- Informs the parties concerned;

- Increase customer satisfaction and avoid problems in the future,

- Incident Management...

Profile
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
  • General knowledge of IT and banking activities;
  • Practical experience at least 6 months,depending on the department and the complexity of the cases;
  • Dutch and French speaker;
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solver, Team player, Detail oriented...
