Main duties and responsibilities.

·         Establish telephone and/or e-mail contact with current clients to verify their

consumables needs.

·         Provide basic information to customers about Inkjet products.

·         Report and escalate product quality issues

·         Act as liaison between the customer and other departments within the organization.

·         Call on existing customers to maintain customer satisfaction, capture ink orders and monitor ink and service contracts.

·         Call on non-users to recapture their consumables business.

·         Contact customers that have just acquired new Inkjet equipment to sell

consumables and ink/service contracts.

·         Provide ink contracts assistance and enforce compliance.

Education and Experience Requirements

·         Very strong Customer Satisfaction driven.

·         Goal-oriented, mature, innovative.

·         Ability to multi-task.

·         Self starter attitude.

·         Ability to work with people in a team as well as to lead team efforts when

appropriate.

·         Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Preferably prior consumables selling experience and/or customer service experience.

·         At least trilingual (English, Dutch, German). Any other language is a plus.

·         Salesforce.com and SAP experience and industry experience are a plus.
