Business Analyst - Banking sector - Brussels !!! Function:
As functional analyst you are in charge of providing functional specifications (mapping) and testing of the developed processes. The role also includes the description / documentation of processes.
Main tasks:
· Preparation of functional analysis documentation (translation of needs into specifications)
1 Submit the functional specifications to MOE
2 Validate the technical specifications proposed by MOE
3 Perform functional MOA testing : (prepare test cases, test the system, provide user acceptance)
4 Coordinate the necessary change management initiatives. Your task is to:
· provide process impact input to the Process team
1 prepare/update the User guide(s)
2 prepare/update functional documentation
3 prepare/update training material
4 provide Training (using 'Train the Trainer' approach)
· Provide functional analysis and recommendation on relevant Core Framework
Profile
experience in Business analysis / Requirements definition
experience with banking products and bank accounting
very good communication and coordination skills (oral & written).
team player
strong logical and analytical mind
can work autonomously
